Firstly thanx for the advice I received on all the questions posted Now for a update: (Re- She won't do nutting) Firstly I checked the float chambers - empty - a I have a blocked fuel line. New fuel line Drive her 10 mile and she still will not go as she should - check the float chambers again - empty Fit a primary fuel pump (at the fuel tank as I kept the original one as secondary in the line) as well as a filter between the tank and the primary pump. Lets try again - 10 miles - no, no change well something else is wrong. Lets check the compression - C1: 100 C2: 100 C3: 60 C4: 100 - Isn't that a bit low? Well lets check the valve clearances - C1: no clearance! C2-C4: DITTO (oops) I hope there was no damage to the valves! Reset the clearances to 0.006in as per haynes.(I can never spell this correctly :-]) Check timing and set correct, and re-check compression - all at 110 (were they damaged or will they re-seat?) Well she is now at-least driving but still has no power, if I am driving at 60 mph and put foot there is a immediate drop in power with a decrease in speed, why is that? I know I am getting fuel, my mix might be wrong but I don't think it will have such a major affect will it? Thanx Carl van Tonder Is it true that only a idiot will walk into a wall five times in order to see if it will be painful every time?
