Okay, I'm going to GUESS that the Webers are either running too rich and have fouled your plugs, or are running to lean and done worse damage. If this problem started just after you installed the new carbs then I suggest you pull and inspect your plugs. If you don't know how to read your plugs look at one of the many manuals that has pictures, or give us a description. And prepare to start up the long gradual carb learning curve.
