YNOT=> the 2 pulleys on the upright make the fan turn at about 1.5(?) 
=> times crank speed. And, of course, the original will be turning at 
=> crank speed. 

The T3 fan produces a *lot* more air than a T1 fan does, pulley reduction 
and all.
