As well as being marked as suitable for 32V and lower, they will also be marked for their current rating, and you should replace 8A with 8A, etc. There is no reason to replace an old fuse with a new fuse as long as the old fuse is still good. Sometimes an old fuse will corrrode a bit in the fuse box and stop conducting; this can often be cured by twisting it slightly in the fuse clips. This breaks the corrosion layer and gives a fresh life to the fuse.
