Yes, its me again with yet another questions about the elusive fastback popout windows. OK, last night I successfully removed my standard rear quarter windows (with seals and trim intact) only to find that there are no mouting holes predrilled in the window frames for attaching the popout windows I hope to acquire. I know that my squareback has two rectangular holes on the front edge of the window frame...does the fastback typically have the same thing? Also, does anyone out there have a fastback with popout windows? If so, what could I trade for you to do a pencil tracing of the mounting holes in the quarter window frame (on the car, not the window)? Aside from this quandry, my fastback is ready to be painted, and I'm nearly finished masking the front, rear, and side window seals (they're original w/ trim and in great shape, so I don't want to chance removing them for the paint job). I should have it ready by the end of the week, if I get this popout window hassle sorted out...
