No such part. There are two bolts located on the upper right torsion arm. One draws the upper arms together via the rod, while the second acts as a set screw to lock the torsion bar in place; this one has a lock nut under the bolt head. Your first action, however, should be to check the set screw in the upper left torsion arm to make sure that it is tight and that it is gripping the left end of the torsion bar securely. It is common for this screw to come loose, get ignored, and then the loose bar will auger out the hole in the upper left torsion arm, rendering it useless. This socket head set screw has a lock nut on it, too.
