Whoa, wait, stop! RJ, are you talking about the fuel pressure regulator? If so then don't touch it! The consensus of [many] previous threads on this subject is YOU DON'T MESS WITH TEXAS, oops, I mean... YOU DON'T MESS WITH THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR!!! If you touch it then expect it to be dysfunctional for the rest of it's life. Just a warning based on all responses about this.
