Have someone bounce the car as you poke around listening where the squeak is coming from. This can help centralize where the noise is coming from. Yeah, it's nice to see other Type III's since our cars aren't too common. This spring I finally saw a late model, Bright Orange, stock Squareback. Unfortunately I was carpooling and couldn't stop to get a better look or find the owner. Ah well, after Saturday I should be terrorizing the roads again in my baby. I can't wait to drive past the new H2O Beetle owners and wave :) (they look much better in person than in photos).
