Dear Charles:
According to the Microfiche, in the 1970 model year there were two
greens available.
One was Elm Green (Code L60 D (09) and the other was Deep Sea Green, L
66 B
(60)
With the Elm Green the following Interior Colors were available:
Cloth: Brown Stripe
Platinum Pattern
Leatherette: Black
Cream White
Nut Brown
Platinum
For the Deep Sea Green the interior options were:
Cloth: Brown Stripe
Platinum Pattern
Leatherette: Cream White
Nut Brown
Platinum
From what I understand the Deep Sea Green is more of a Blue/Green
while the
dark green is the Elm Green. I have a 1970 Squareback and I am
seriously
considering repainting it in this color and changing the interior to
the Nut Brown.
Has anyone EVER seen a Platinum Leatherette interior?
Hope this helps!
