T3: Fuse Problems - 71 Sqrbk

Thanks to all for the very helpful advice...Replaced the ground strap,
tracked down the offending light (right front turn signal bulb not
seated fully) and all signals, lights, etc. now working just great. On
to the next few things on my to-do list - body work and seat repairs.
