FI will handle 1641 with no changes in its calibration. I ran 1679 for a short time and it had more power, maybe 75 HP, but thanks to the JC Shitney parts and my eager yongue mind for cheap power this engine lasted only 3500mi. 1641 wont be much of an increase, the FI will handle it just fine. You'll lose 1-2 MPG you dont want more than 29 MPG at 70 on the freeway or you'll burn a piston. Keep the CR LOW! and the timing at resonable levels (mine is at 3bef). DONT USE CHEAP PARTS> Keith
