I have always wondered... I wonder what would happen if, before installing one of these fancy ignition kits, somebody would first install new Bosch points, plugs, wires, condensor, coil, cap & rotor and do a full tune-up on the engine, drive it around to see how it runs... and THEN install the fancy ignition for a comparison. I know that a few simple tune-up adjustments makes the typical stock engine smoother, quieter, stronger, higher-revving, easier to start, etc. -Greg '69 & '71 Squarebacks '63 Beetle
