You have a short in something and you need to narrow it down in order to find it. Remove all three wires from the upper end of the fuse, replace the fuse with a good one, and then touch each wire in turn back to its original terminal. The one that sparks or blows the fuse leads to the short. Follow that wire and figure out where it leads, if it branches, separate the branches and see which branch the short is on. Do this until you find the short. The Bentley manual will be very helpful in figuring out where each wire leads.
