Sasaki-san: Congratulations on owning a '69 RHD, that's about as rare a T34 as you can get, short of a cabriolet. That odd tie-rod end is a difficult part to find for the T34, but you need not worry about finding a special one for RHD: they're all the same. For mechanical purposes you can get by with an ordinary T3 tie-rod end until the right part comes along. If you haven't already, I urge you to join the Type 34 KG Registry, which offers a mailing list like this one as well as a quarterly newsletter, all devoted to the Big Ghia. T34 Registry annual membership dues are: $20 for newsletter (4x/year) + classified ads (6x/year) $25 for above + Internet mailing list subscription Make your check payable to "Lee Hedges" and send it to him at 11410 Belshire Lane, San Diego, CA 92126-5553.
