T3: OK, wiper question

alright, i replaced my wiper motor assembly and the switch, both of which 
were shot.  the wipers still dont work but i have a question.  
where does that wire coming off the moter itself go, like the 
(seeming) ground wire?  i forget where it was when i took the stuff apart 
four months ago and i dont have a Bentley's manual, yet, but im getting it 
off the previous owner.
