Nope, that engine fan does double duty: Cooling air for the engine and heating air for the cabin. The fresh air fan that is wanted above is found under the dash, centered on the shift tunnel on the forward bulkhead. This fan pulls in *fresh* air from the front grills located below the windshield and blows it into the cabin. It's actually called a fresh air booster since even on high speed it doesn't produce much pressure (low speed is *very* low IMO). Sorry, in my stupider early T3 days I took mine out since I was the ONLY person who ever used it (and that was to see what it was) and tossed it -- DOH! Still have the box of course, but just no motor or fan (stupid, stupid, stupid).
