The index key on the pulley is a dowel pin, parallel to the pulley bolt, that matches an off-center hole on the end of the crank. It's not related to the key slot on the crank, that's just for the fan. If it's the first time the pulley's vibrated loose, you may be able to accomplish a medium-term fix using one of the keen modern Loctite-style adhesives. Just get the pulley out and assess the damage to the index key and the bore of the pulley. You may be just fine. => Know where I can buy a fan? About T3 parts talk to Dennis at Carroll's in Glendale, he can usually fix you up. But if you need a part it'll probably be just the pulley, not the fan. Don't confuse the two, they're both fanlike.
