[T3] charlies' clutch

before you do anything, check the wing adjusting nut and the free-play in
the pedal. what happens when a clutch disk wears out is the throw-out
bearing moves closer to the pressure plate fingers and thus you lose all
your free-play. adjust the wing nut before you do anything and then you
can worry about all the other stuff. the free-play in the pedal should
be about 3/4 inch and you will find out how much you want when you are
adjusting it. bottom line, there has to be free-play so you dont wear
out the clutch disk prematurly and not so much play that the clutch cant
fully disengauge.
