Re: [T3] Sound Off TYPE III Fans

I'll spare you all the details of previous rides, but suffice it to say
that they have been VW intensive, but at present:
'98 Chevy Astro-hey, I needed something for the family (including my
three week old daughter) that would start on demand and wouldn't
immolate (see below).
'89 Ford Aerostar "The Ecstasy", the parts chaser, got it's name from
the time it burst into flames while I was taking the kids home from
the movies, reliable but it's days are numbered.
'92 Harley Davidson Sportster, a plaything-it *is* aircooled- used
for fooling around, absolutely useless for any sort of work. Just got
a set of forward controls but I need to yank the whole right side of
the bike off to put them on so it will be a while.
and last, but by no means least '73 1600 L Notchback, "last of the
big bumpers" and last of the Notches for that matter (February 20,
1973). Presently in my garage totally stripped of exterior and
interior parts, going for the full restoration but lots of rust
revealed on the "C" posts, rear tray and heater/rockers. She has a
mild engine, dual Webers, manual tranny and Porsche 1.7 L steel
wheels. Only problem, it came from the factory with an Agate Brown
body, doors and dash with a blue interior (don't ask, this is what
the birth certificate says, and the paint and fabric confirm it!).
Don't know yet what the final color scheme will be, maybe it will
reveal itself to me in a dream later on.
