Carl,
	Some things to consider. (not in any specific order). Fuel pump
needs cleaning or replaced. Is fuel getting into the carbs? Maybe a carb
rebuild is in order? When was the last time a complete tune-up was done?
Dirty fuel filter or screen in fuel tank? Replace fuel lines? Throttle
cable adjusted correctly?  Just some ideas. Hope it helps.
