Hey Jake, I'll assume that if you were over at Patti's yard that you're no longer out floating in the Atlantic with Hurricane Bonnie. I just read your message about Patti Painters VW yard closing. That's too bad, but it was only a matter of time, it's just too nice a piece of property to last any longer. I have spent many, many days in that yard, climbing around old hulks and looking for parts. I'll be in touch with Patti about going over tomorrow and looking at whats left, I still need some rear seatbelts, decent heater channels, etc. People should know that they had alot of Type I, II, III, and IV parts as well as watercooled too, so don't hesitate to try and see if there is anything for those cars. Jake, if you do go out there to do some parts stripping, let me know and I'll jump in and lend a hand to you.. Hopefully, this hurricane won't hit anywhere and just fizzle out at sea, if it hits anywhere from Charleston south, I'll be obligated to go up for it with work. If anyone on the list is in it's path, our prayers are with you and good luck.
