Thanks Greg,

I thought I was on a one man crusade against this unwaranted use of 
HTML.  I have written dozens of nice polite letters to people to this 
end, and I am pleased to say that every one has gotten a positive 
response.  But it is clear that new people continue to make this 
inadvertant mistake every day, thanks to MS, etc.

I'm tickled that you have such an easy solution.

As for attachments, I think they have an appropriate place, but we 
see far too many of then used as a misunderstood means of replying 
to, or forwarding, another message.
