Hi all, The list has now been configured to reject HTML posts. This is not a change in policy, but a change in the way the standing policy is enforced. As always, the only welcome message format is simple, plain text; this change now forces that courtesy. If such a post is attempted, you'll receive an automatic reply explaining why the post was rejected. A copy of your post is included so that you can easily re-send it as plain text. Most of you will notice no change when you post. A number of you will no longer see that unwanted and unintelligible "HTML dross" appearing in some of the posts you read. Some of you may have to turn off this "bells & whistles" feature of your e-mail to make posts. If you have questions, please direct them to me at gregm@vwtype3.org ...or, perhaps, try making an HTML post to the list and see what happens! Next up: forbidding attachments...
