Re: [T3] recycling a '71 Squareback

Thanks for the tips! Sounds like you've done this before... :-o

>I don't know what a sawsall can

I suspect I'll find out what it can handle!

Regarding transportation to the recycling center... that'll be a
'70 bus, a '58 single cab (with drop sides) and the roof rack of the '69
Squareback.

Hey--wouldn't it be cool to strap the floor pan of the '71 to the
roof rack of the '69?!? Crazy.

>Sad isn't it, though.

	Well, yes. :(

My daughter (just shy of 4yrs.) has been nearly in tears on several
occasions over the whole thing. It was the first car she was ever in!
Actually, the first time she was ever outside was expressly for a ride in
the Squareback! ("Honey, I'm, uh, going to see if Em likes the car seat.")
I've been to 28 states in that car. California, Texas, South Carolina,
Connecticut, Michigan, Wyoming... (Man, now you're making *me* wanna
cry...!) Em and I have been having a blast in it lately... took it to a
science museum yesterday, and today we took it to canoeing on the river.
Damn thing's been running like a dream, too, and stopping on a dime.
Oh--and making this terrible noise over big potholes, as if the body's
tearing in the back right wheel well. :(

It's time. And, yes, it's sad.
