I know of about 25 smart Americans, some from Oregon and Washington that are comming up Saturday morning the the preshow cruise and barbecue/show and shine. It is put on by Strictly German VW club from Vancouver and there is going to be a few trophies but all cars are in the same class. There is also door prizes etc. I believe that it is sponsored by California import parts, the Bug shop, Tom the Tire guy, and I think bow-wow. After the cruise etc there is going to be a party for the night and then on Sunday morning the larger show is in Coquitlam BC. Fill into for that show is at the Califronia imports webpage and that show has full classes and prizes and awards etc. Both show are free. If you would like more info on the saturday show, I can email you a scan of the brochure which includes a voice number of someone in the club. I am VERY sure that it will be better than the Oval Sport show.
