Look in the "Distributor Questions" Thread.

It was me who complained and yes unfortunately that is the only access to
the nut. Be Very Patient. Shitty advice, I know.
You might try loosening the distributor clamp itself to wiggle some slack
to the adjusting nut. The clamp nut is to the Right front of the
distributor, on the case.
