Craig,
I has a similar problem which stopped when I had my windscreen rubber
replaced. Perhaps check that it is sealed really well, we had to put some
sealant in mine despite the fact it was anew seal!.
It seemed that the water was getting in at the top corner and thwen running
along above the door and down into the rear seat area.
