Anyway, I don't think that a 4-lug disc brake front end can be drilled for the
earlier 5-lug rims.  I believe the 5-lug pattern is wider than the rotors,
necessitating adapters.  I could be wrong, though, I haven't taken a
measurement.

No way! :-)
I'm doing research now to determine the fair market value of the rims/tires and
I will respond to those who have asked for a price on them.  Sorry for the
delay.  They are located with me in Concord, CA, which is in the San Francisco
East Bay area.  I also had someone promise me a set of 5-lugs for free recently
if a lead I gave him on a rare part pans out.  I'll probably wait to see what
happens with that before I commit to a sale.
