Okay, now that Fall is here in the "Pacific Northwet" it is getting harder to motivate myself to go out and work on my '63 Squareback. I need to come up with some good responses to give my husband when he expresses concern that my car is becoming a "money pit" and even if I do get it running again it will still be 34 years old. Now don't get me wrong--he has been helping my with the project and spent last weekend under the car unbolting and removing the trashed pans while 34 year old crud and spider egg sacs fell on him. I just need to be reminded why I am doing this and that even though right now most of the car is in little zip lock baggies, that if I don't give up it will be up and running someday, right? I even envy those of you who have horrible mechanical breakdowns because at least you are DRIVING your cars! Please send ideas... -- Leah Wegener, Tacoma WA
