If you look at the pump from a side view, you will see, :(I'm praying to the Ascii God) (top-where the hoses go) | | | | | | | | | | | | ---------------------- - - <-top part --------------------------- ---------------------``---- <-Spacer with little notch - - - --------- - - - - <-Connector - --------- - - - - - - - - - - - - --------------------------- (Whew!! I haven't done that since I was a kig on my c=64) I didn't even realize that there was a 'spacer' until the second time I took it apart- It is the same diameter as the motor housing and looks just like- plus 26 years of grease and road had made it look like one peice. Loook for the little half round cut out. I will name my second born child after whomever tells me. I have a feeling your going to be getting $40 in the mail soon tho, Marty... :) -rj '71 square, hanging on to the unbrided dream of FI >>> Marty Gray <pinball@camalott.com> 09/15/97 03:44pm >>> At 09:24 9/15/97 -0400, you wrote: >>If anybody has a fuelpump out where they could see it, Please tell me >something. I have one from my 68 that was working when I removed it. If you can explain better where this spacer is I'll look at it or I'll sell the pump for $40 +shipping.
