VW parts San Jose? Elec. harness?

Hey all. Just moved to Santa Clara/San Jose and wondering where to go to
buy basics for tune-ups and perhaps other things for my '70 Squareback.
Anyone from around here got any advice? Second question: does anyone know
if one can buy a whole electrical harness, the system which plugs into the
computer and all the sensors? Let me know if this can be bought all
together. One other question. In neutral or park my engine's revs go up
and down rhythmically, as if I'm lightly pumping the gas. Idle problem?
Any other ideas? -Allan, formerly Santa Barbara, now Santa Clara--so I
