Yes, get all the parts back for the car, I would not go as far as
installing them, but it gives you the option later...

Bypass the electric pump, install a stock mechanical pump on the engine
or instal a low pressure electric pump...

I would not consider this an option......  Since you already have
duals...

There had to be a reason the FI was pulled off.  Another thing, how much
has the car been modified?  Has the wiring harness been cut up?  Are the
relays, sensors, plugs, ect still on the car?  Has the engine been
modified?  Cam, big bore kit ect.  If so, you can't go back to stock FI. 
The stock computer will not accept the engine changes and can't alter
fuel curve ect...  ( Is "fuel curve" proper?)
