This is really a "double" click, but your ear won't notice that. No, but it IS the sound of the fuel being pumped through the pressure regulator. The CSV is just an electromagnet, hence polarity insensitive. Do you hear a click and a continuing whoosh, or a whoosh terminated by a click?
