Gen light dimmly on (more)

Hi again, I just noticed that my horn will not work unless you are above
1000rpm, hmmmm.
This sounds like a gen problem, doesn't it ? I blew the horn on my way home
to make a happy sound in my neighborhood, and, no good at idle ! Horn won't
blow, like I said, until around +1000rpm. What gives ? One more thing, after
not driving my notch for a few days, I noticed whenever an electrical item
was turned on, my tach needle jumped. It didn't do this after several
*beeps*. So many questions....
