  No! Don't do it! It rains all the time, housing's as much as NYC but
the wages are stuck in 1965, and it's raining now!  Ok, obligatory whine
out of the way, the emissions are by county, and currently only King,
Pierce, and Snohomish (and maybe Spokane?) care.  So of course, many
people live in Clallam with their aunt...  They only check CO and HC at
idle and on the dyno (at 30mph!) It's a pain, but if you pass the
sniffer, they don't open the hood, so in my opinion, it's not
unreasonable...  Anything pre '68 is exempt
I hear San Diego's cool...
