hey greg i just took out the pop outs on my 66(they leaked). if you shim up the latch side with afew small washers(between the latch and the pillar) to draw it in. that has worked for me in the past. also make sure that you have the plastic pieces that are on the front edge where it hooks into the door pillar that will help shim up the front edge and prevent the window from magically falling out when open. if you have any questions give me a call. btw keep me abreast on the color tour. i need to install a longer fuel pump push rod to get more fuel delivery so i can keep from over heating by leaning out my carbs. shouldnt take long. probably saturday mourning repair.c-ya Jonce At 06:18 PM 10/8/97 -0400, you wrote: > >Hi all, > > the left side pop-out on my '69 Square doesn't come close to >sealing on the rear edge.
