205.50.15 is too wide for your wheel...I've tried it and they bulge out
too much. I've got 195.50.15 on 5 1/2 wheels and they fit perfect.  And
even with my car dropped one spline all the way around, they don't rub a
bit.  
	About your other question...My car shook terribly when I got it...I had
to replace the wheels because they were bent (couldn't tell by looking
at them...wasn't until I put them on the balancer that I saw it)...had
two bad tires (separated belts) so I replaced them all...but believe it
or not, the new wheel bearings made the biggest difference, but I also
replaced all the ball joints, tie-rod ends and the steering stabilizer
and it rides great now.
