Side Pop-out Windows (Notchback)

I was just wondering what a good price to pay for a set rear pop out
windows would be?  I'm thinking of buying a set (right and left) (frames,
glass, andhinges) for about $100.00,  but this seem a bit extravigant. 
They are in pretty good shape aside from a very dark tint film on them.
Mine have had some "Artwork"(ie, crap) etched into them by the PO.  Does
this sound like a deal???  All I really need is the glass.  If anyoune
knows of/has an extra set they would be willing to part with let me know.
Also, if I do buy them, does anyone know a way to remove tint (not sure if
its sprayed on or film)?  Is there a way to "buff-out" the etching?  It's
not to deep, more a frosting effect.  Can I have a set made at the local
glass-cutters?  Any input is appreciated.
