I wouldn't be surprised if Gene Berg had these. Or could get them if
you were willing to wait. I understand that the ccw thread is a pain
when you're thinking of making them, but you'll be glad when you get
around to trying to adjust them.
BTW, I believe Zelenda Metrics in New York would have ccw dies.
