The latest on my Car!

hey all! its me Jason I hope this doesnt get to long. WEll. I put
HelaCoils in The case Despite the terror of Screwing up. besides its
stripped and stuff and I might end up gettin a whole new motor anyways I
might as well. I finally went and shelled out 40 bux for a helacoil and
well. I put it in but the dang stud wouldnt go in far enough? so I took
it out and put one in just under the edge of the case. and well it
worked it took a whole 50 pounds of torque. so well I undid it and redid
it to 30 pounds. (is that right??) oh well I think it is. but anyways I
put the valves in and they didnt fit =( so I had to cut part of the stud
off.. =( lucky I have extras! =) well It all fit together nicely and
well I hope it works, tomorrow I will do the other side and I hope it
all works so I can get it all running by this weekend! Oh and anyone
know anything about Adjusting Valves?? I can do it but I have a lot of
trouble doing it quite righ..  ya know? I really love my car and need
this motor to last until I can get enough money together to put together
a new one. so please I need some info on how to adjust the valves. well
