I agree with Wayne that it is probably a rust problem, but I would look at the rear of the front wheel wells and the front of the rear wheel wells. Rust there is very common. If water comes in when the car is just standing, then Wayne is right. If this only happens while driving then it is in the wheel wells. If your car has a sunroof, then the drain tubes from the sunroof are another possibility.
