My experience with GEX parts has not been good (understatement). GEX
remanufactured heads I purchased from them for my vanagon NEEDED a
complete rebuild after ONLY 20K miles (just beyond their stated warranty
of 15K miles). I have since sold the vanagon, and the new owner tells me
that the flywheel just shatered. Note: That I did a complete rebuild of
this vanagon a few years back, using new/remanufactured parts almost
exclusively from GEX. Although, they were quick to deliver parts, and were
even better at correcting shipping mistakes, I have not been happy with
the quality of their remanufactured goods.

My $0.02
