damper/pitman arm bushing

Hi all,

	any tips for installing the rubber & metal bushing btw. the
steering damper & the pitman arm on the steering box?  Bentley sez to take
the p. arm off of the car to install the bushing.  Any tricks for
installing it w/ the p. arm on the car?
