Just a moment to say thanks to all that responded to my "answeres, please" inquire of the other day. This is one of the reasons this bb is so helpful. Just got a package from VWAG with a letter from when I posted an E-mail to the "http://people.zeelandnet.nl/ploon/contact/htm"; and told them what a devoted customer I was, and how much I like my '73 Notch, and when were they going to do a Concept III car (hey, it could happen). They send me a too cool keychain that matches my hood emblem, and a VW pen w/ a little Bug on it. Little things for little minds, I guess, but at least they appreciate us. Someone told me the other day that a late model Type I vent window seal for around the vent frame will fit a Type III with a little mod. for a lot less moolah. Any truth to this?
