Try Bry's Auto Wrecking yard in West Seattle. They're in the book under
used auto parts. If the tranny you get doesn't work, he'll let you trade
it for another. In a pinch you can use a T1 tranny, you just have to swap
the nose from your old T3 tranny onto the new one. They did this for me
at Bry's, and mine is still going strong after 3 years and just $125. I
think the T1 trannys go for about 150 out there now.
