Heat Exchanger One - Finger Nil

Dudes,

Thanks for all your help advice on the removal of the heat exchanger which I 
had problems with last week.  Everything was off and wiggling it did work up 
to a point.  In the end I gave it an almighty push and it came off.  
Unfortunately, I tried to use my little finger on my right hand to cushion the 
unstoppable force and the immovable object meeting.  And my finger is now 
black and blue.  I should be able to use it again in about a week.  Not broken 
just badly bruised.

But the old one was off and another cleaner one is on.  Had a little problem 
with a couple of threads but all worked out in the end.  Someone has obviously 
re drilled one of the bottom cooling tin holes where it bolts onto the case as 
I couldn't get a stud in there.  But I'll try and get one to fix it.  
Otherwise everything went really well.
