Dial Timing Light

It's been suggested that I get myself a dial timing light that 
lets you dial in the advance.  

I already have the nice Craftsman inductive light, and I'm sure
I can put marks so that I can do timing okay, but now that I 
have a (69) bus (with a 009) and a (66) (6volt) type 3 (with vacuum 
advance), and I'll need to teach myself how to do some things..

such as setting the valves on the type3, synching dual carbs, 
timing.  

I have not seen a timing light like that.   I'd like to find out
that I'm perfectly okay with my tach/dwell meter and my timing light,
and that it doesn't matter that one of the cars is 6volt.
