Kick-down switch and special bolts for torque converter

I detected that kick-down switch on my 1972 SB broke. The switch is operated by 
throttle lever. 

A good friend of mine needs 3 bolts holding together flex plate and torque converter 
for his 1972 SB.

Can anyone sell the switch and bolts, or give part numbers and the source.

That all in addition to my constant search for gasoline heaters and parts for my 
heater business.  Trade-ins are accepted and questions are welcomed.   

Does anyone have T3 dash clock combined with a programmable timer for the heater 
operation? 

I consider use of EMPI wheels, bought long ago. Studs, I can buy this days have only 4 
threads for engagement with the brake drum. Is anything with more threads available?
