Litchfield show

Hello:

If my opinion matters (I go to the shows on East coast no further than
600 miles North, 300 miles South and 400 miles West from New Jersey
since 1981) I would strongly recommend to attend Litchfield on June 22.

Not only will you enjoy very picturesque West Connecticut and charming
historical Litchfield ( Aaron Burr, the greatest american traitor and
the man who killed Alexander Hamilton lived in Litchfield. Interested
must read excellent book "Treason in America" ), but I must say
also an exceptional show. This is the only show, closest to the ones in
the spirit of Europe: it is family affair, it is very relaxing and
held on beautiful grounds in front of a Litchfield Inn. The place is
only few miles away from Thomaston.

The swap meet, where you will see me next to my metallic gray 1987
Westfalia, is one of if not the best on East Coast. We all must thank my
friend Chuck Pisconski for starting this outstanding show.

I promice to introduce myself in detail later, there is quite a bit to
share if you are a electro-mechanical engineer since 1961 and had
started experiments with all kind of heaters (gasoline, of course also!)
in late fifties.

I am not a stranger on the list. In my garage resides deep blue 1972 SB
with less than 15,000 miles.

My service to VW community made me known to many and mostly under the
nickname "THE HEATERMAN".

I will be very pleased to meet Type 3 listees and shake hands.

Regards,

Ark Mirvis "THE HEATERMAN"
