Hi Bill,
Seeblau means "Sea Blue". L 360 is the color code for Seeblau.
Volkswagenwerk AG = Volkswagen factory corporation
Type 31 = VW internal name for VW 1500/1600, chassis no.
heater type, check no.
Type 31 are notchbacks and fastbacks
Type 34 is "big" Karmann Ghia based on floorpan of VW 1500/1600
